Alto's on the store

Threes!, as a weekly game reader saw the board

The third card was the smallest file and the highest price of the three. That combination is easy to sneer at and easy to misread. The diary is here so the €6.99, the 73.9 MB and the sentence about ads stay attached to the date they were read.

Morning — a paid board with a clear age line

Sirvo LLC is the artist and the seller. Genres were Games, Card, Puzzle and Education. The Netherlands price was €6.99. Age rating 4+, with an empty advisory list. Version 3.3, current-version date 3 June 2025. Minimum system iOS 12.0, the lowest floor of the three. Size 73.9 MB. Id 779157948. Bundle id vo.threes.exclaim. I like having the bundle id on the page because "Threes" is a word people attach to a lot of number games, and the id is not ambiguous.

The Dutch description calls it a tiny puzzle that does not let go, says this is the version without ads, and quotes older press lines, including an Apple Design Award mention for 2014. I am not republishing those quotes as this masthead's verdict. I am recording that the card itself uses them, and that the no-ads sentence is in the description rather than in a privacy label.

Afternoon — 4.2 from 94

The average came back near 4.17, shown as about 4.2, from 94 ratings. That is why the card is third under a rule that sorts by average. Ninety-four is closer to Alto's sixty-one than to Monument Valley's seven hundred. I would rather show the 94 than smooth it into "well reviewed". The chart on the front page uses the unrounded figure for the bar and the one-decimal figure for the label.

There was, again, no install counter. A small download size is not a popularity statistic. 73.9 MB means the package the card described that day was the lightest of the three. It does not mean more people installed it.

Evening — the board stays on the card

I did not describe slide patterns, because a pattern I did not verify on a device would be fiction. The portrait still from the store is filed uncropped. Language codes on the lookup included AR, NL, EN, FR, DE, IT, KO, PT, RU, ZH, ES, SV and a second ZH. Privacy nutrition rows were not in the lookup. The no-ads line is the only advertising sentence I am willing to repeat, and only as a quotation of the description.

The original release date on the lookup was 6 February 2014. That is context, not the version I checked. Version 3.3 is the build with the 3 June 2025 stamp. I am not going to call a 2014 release "new" because a design-award line appears in the description, and I am not going to call the 2025 stamp a rewrite I have not seen.

Where it stands: a paid puzzle card, €6.99, 4+, version 3.3, 73.9 MB, iOS 12 or later, average near 4.2 from 94 ratings, seller Sirvo LLC, description stating a version without ads. The install is still Apple's.
